Currently, we only ship within North America. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for return requests, and ensure items are shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, perishable products, digital downloads, intimate items (for hygiene reasons), or sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Yes, you can request a cancellation as long as your item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
We recommend machine washing your t-shirt inside out with cold water. For best results, avoid high heat drying and iron on a low setting if needed.
At this time, we do not accept custom or personalized orders. However, we do offer a wide range of Wichita and Kansas-themed merchandise.

Our t-shirts are generally available in basic men’s cut sizes. We offer sizes up to 3XL, and larger sizes may be available upon request.
While we currently do not accept personalized decal orders, we offer a wide selection of pre-designed decals that celebrate Wichita and Kansas.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at pam@ictkeepers.com. We will work with you to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
