Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations; Buyer is required to contact us before returning any order or part of order.
Refunds: Contact us at pam@ictkeepers before returning any item for exchange or refund. Buyer is reponsible for shipping costs on refunds.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
If the
item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible
for any loss in value.
