International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns & Exchanges
At ICT Keepers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:
Refunds and Returns
Refund Requests: Buyers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund request.
Shipping for Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.
Request a Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested before the item has shipped.
Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
Because of the nature of the following items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
Conditions of Return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which may affect the refund or exchange eligibility. Please ensure all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Exchange Requests
For exchanges, please contact us at pam@ictkeepers.com to discuss available options. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned to us in its original condition.
Custom & Personalized Orders
We are not accepting custom or personalized orders at this time. All items listed on ICTKeepers.com are pre-designed with local Kansas themes and products.
Wholesale Availability
We are happy to provide quotes for wholesale buyers. If you are a retailer or gift shop interested in stocking ICT Keepers products, please contact us directly at pam@ictkeepers.com for more information.
